Rotadent Warranty

+ Limited Product Warranty

Den-Mat Holdings, LLC (“DenMat”) warrants that certain components of the Rotadent toothbrush are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when operated and maintained according to the product Instructions for Use, subject to the limitations of this Limited Product Warranty.

This Limited Product Warranty is contingent upon your proper use of the Rotadent toothbrush. Any use not within the instructions for use, or other improper use, storage, maintenance, or resale of the product by the Purchaser will void this Limited Product Warranty. DenMat reserves the right to change warranty limitations or product replacements at any time. This warranty is non-extendible by replacement and is applicable only for Rotadent toothbrushes sold within the United States and Canada.

You must activate your warranty by registering your product within 30 days of purchase or receipt from a dental office. A proof of purchase or receipt from a dental office is required by DenMat for the warranty to be valid. DenMat recommends that you keep your proof of purchase or receipt from a dental office in a safe place in case you need to refer to it at a later date. The warranty period varies according to the Rotadent model that you own. Please contact DenMat Customer Care at 1-800-433-6628 for more details.

+ This Warranty Does not Cover:

  • Rotadent units obtained from a source other than a dental office, DenMat or a distributor authorized by DenMat.
  • Lost or stolen units.
  • Any defects (e.g. cosmetic imperfections) that do not affect the ability of the Rotadent to function properly.
  • Shipping and handling costs to and from DenMat for warranty replacement.
  • Misuse, abuse, dropping, or other damage caused by electrical power surge or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by DenMat.
  • Brush heads or other Rotadent accessories.

+ Warranty Claims & Customer Care

For product inquiries, to speak to a Rotadent Customer Care Representative, or to submit warranty claims, please call 1-800-433-6628 or email us at rotadentwarranty@denmat.com. If it is determined that your product must be returned, Rotadent Customer Care Representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. Any returns sent to DenMat without an RMA will not be eligible for processing under this Limited Product Warranty.

Purchaser must return the product to DenMat in an adequate container for shipping, with freight and insurance prepaid. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Upon receipt, DenMat will promptly replace, at its sole discretion, the defective product, and return said product to Purchaser, freight and insurance prepaid. If DenMat elects to replace the product, any returned product will become the property of DenMat, and the replacement product will retain the balance of the Warranty Period from the returned product.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND DENMAT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DENMAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
